Yoga

11am - 12pm Yoga beginners
Classes with Sarah blend physical mobility and strengthening exercises with mindfulness and the feelgood factor of yoga.
No leggings, or ability to touch your toes necessary, just an openness to try something new and a sense of humour recommended.

Wiggle and Giggle Youth Theatre Group

Last Tuesday Of The Month
Reydon Flower Club is a friendly and social group who meet to make something floral each meeting to take home.
Provide your own secateurs.
£5 per session which will include refreshments.
A monthly raffle will be held so raffle prizes are always welcome.
